1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP A PRODUCT?

Most orders ship within a day or so, except for rings that require sizing which can take from 3-5 business days and in some case up to 10-14 days or longer if the mounting is delayed in manufacturing.  Orders placed in the evenings after factory closing are considered in production the next business day. Orders placed Friday night and through the weekend go into production on Monday Morning.

 

2. HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME? (Shipping time is defined as the time after the item leaves production)

We ship using a variety of Federal Express Services. Our regular shipping usually takes 2-3 days to get there depending on where its shipping to.

Federal Express Overnight means that it gets there the next day once it leaves our shipping department which is dependant upon our normal production times, it does not mean that you receive it the next day after you ordered it, although in many cases we do ship the same day as mentioned above. There is an additional cost for Fedex Overnight and its the fastest shipping choice we have  (once you item leaves our factory)

 

3. WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

Most orders ship within a day or so, except for rings that require sizing which can take from 3-5 business days for normal production and in some case up to 10-14 business days if the mounting is delayed in manufacturing. If you see your order is  "PROCESSING" that means it's in production and going through the process of being manufactured. Once its finished and enters Quality Control, it then goes to the shipping department and then receives the tracking number which is emailed to you.

 

4. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

We email you a tracking number that you can track in our system or if your browser is not compatible with our fedex function, you can cut and paste your tracking number into www.fedex.com and get the status.

6. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROUND BRILLIANT AND FOREVER BRILLIANT? 

Round brilliant is a type of cut ( all round moissanite are usually the round brilliant modern brilliant cut.  Forever brilliant is simply a whiter version of the standard moissanite ( ghi+) that we carry from Charles & Colvard.  So in essence forever one, forever brilliant, and forever classic in the round shape are considered "round brilliant cut"

 

7. CAN I GET THREADED (screw backs) ON MY MOISSANITE STUD EARRINGS?

We offer the option to have screw back installed on your moissanite stud earrings. After you place your order, call us or email us and we will change your order to screw backs ( there is no additional charge) .

 

8. I SEE A RING I LIKE BUT DONT SEE THE STONE I WANT AS AN OPTION, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please contact us with the style number and most likely we can add that stone option for you.
